In most transactions, we reference the Open Market Value of a property, as determined by an accredited RICS surveyor from our esteemed panel. When an asset is procured at a value less than its Market Value, we have the capacity to finance up to the full purchase price. Should an asset be acquired at a price below its Market Value, we might offer financing up to 100% of the acquisition cost.
